The upper part features the open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, a separate guest toilet and a door to the garage. On the 1st floor are two bedrooms with balconies and spaceaous bathroom.

The house of 40 m2 is located in a family field about 1 km away from famous Lovrečina beach. It consists of one room where is the kitchen with dining room, double bed, single bed. Bathroom with toilet is separated. Electricity is available through solar cells and water is heated by solar energy. In front of the house there is a private parking and grill and from spacious terrace you can enjoy the view of the sea and the field. Pets are welcome and extra charged.
