5 acres of lawns, gardens, and meadows and a gentle rocky beach on Blue Hill's Salt Pond, a protected inlet of the Atlantic Ocean. The house faces south towards the water and overlooks a gorgeous blueberry field that turns a majestic shade of deep red in the fall. This water front historic Stephenson Farmhouse is a cozy 3 bedroom farmhouse that sits on 5 acres with frontage on Lower Mason Pond. A bird lovers paradise along with sightings of beaver & river otters. Trail from house leads to waterfront, canoes, paddles & PFD’s and a picnic table. We’ve maintained the antiquity of the house along with many antique pieces of furniture. Enjoy amazing sunsets, expand your birding life list, pick apples and blueberries in season. . . on a nature preserve.

This modern lakehouse is situated on Hogan Pond in Oxford Maine. Here you can stay with all the comforts of a beautiful lakehouse built in 2020 while being feet from the water. This is a great place to vacation whether you prefer the private sandy beach, the A/C inside complete with Smart TV cable and Wifi, or the hottub! Sip a drink at the bar while watching the game or use the grill on the deck but be sure to use the built in sound system to play your music throughout the house and deck.

If you are looking for a place to get away and relax, our house on Molasses Pond may be a good fit for you/your family. It is a hidden gem down a dirt road away from hustle and bustle. Peace and quiet is what you’ll find, along with a gorgeous view. It’s a great place for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, grilling, fishing, and laying on the hammock.
