The self-contained space has a loft room with views over the dams & mountains, a queen bed with 100% cotton bedding, bathroom and a kitchenette downstairs. A borehole supplies water. We are off the grid and make use of solar panels and gas geysers. It can comfortably accommodate 4 guests. It has an open-plan lounge and dining area with a small but fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. . The covered verandah has a built-in braai & seating area.

Clarens Villa Apartment

This unique place has a style all its own. One bedroom en-suite apartment joined to a main house with self catering facilities. The living area is heated by a wood burning fire place and the bedroom en-suite has an air conditioner. Braai facilities on site as well as a Smart TV with DSTV and WiFi. Two to three kms from the centre of town, on a mountain side. It is the bottom level of a three storey house but completely private and not affected by loadshedding.
