We brought this unit because we love the location and our favourite complex!

A 5 min walk from the ferry terminal, IGA, Bottle-o and local bus stop to access beaches & bays, or hire an island car to explore this beautiful unspoilt island paradise. This very spacious open plan home has a HEATED SWIMMING POOL and is FULLY AIRCONDITIONED. The ever popular family friendly, patrolled, safe and popular swimming beach Alma Bay is just a few minutes walk. Geoffrey Bay, Arcadia Hotel, cafes, newsagent and specialty shops are also only a few minutes walk.

The Footbridge is a one bedroom studio on the doorstep of beautiful Horseshoe Bay. Adult guests, whether your a single or couple , will enjoy a private courtyard and own pool. A queen size bed with attached en suite. Not suitable for infants and children. A brief walk ,160 steps, to great cafes, restaurants, beach, and bush walks. Enjoy beautiful beach side sunsets and the magic of the famous Magnetic island Butterfly park at your back door The Footbridge studio is the perfect getaway.

Lush tropical environment, shady trees, Magnesium pool. Close to bush-walking tracks, bus stops, 3-5 minutes walk to beach and shops. 8 minutes walk to ferry terminal. So close to all amenities but surrounded by trees, birds, wallabies, koalas. With the creek across the road you feel like you're in a tropical rainforest.

Fully air conditioned or enjoy the fresh air and wildlife sounds by utilizing the ceiling fans throughout. Share our large private pool with gorgeous tropical surrounds.
