This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

Lakefront Cabin is ONLY 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake lowered 5 ft. winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish). Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one tub/shower and other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to seawall. Have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”.

Renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath cabin with modern amenities just 5 min from I-30 in Malvern and 10 min from Hot Springs. The #1 comment we receive about our 23-acre haven is how peaceful it is. This family retreat was built in 1949 as a resting place, a place to recharge, to gather in the comfort of yourself, family and friends. 5 generations have protected this purpose, and it is unwavering. It is a sacred place to all who know the roost these past 75 years. We share it with you so that you may also benefit from her healing walls.

Home Away From Home

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. You will be 1 mile from Magic Springs, 3 miles from the Hot Springs Off-Road Park, and 3 miles to Downtown Hot Springs. Please note, there is a very old and very nice dog named Eddie that stays on the property. We want to allow Eddie to live his last years in peace where he has always lived. Feel free to ask any questions about him.

Lakefront get away, Golf, Swim, Hike, Fish

Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.
