It is located in the coastal village of Platanidia of Pelion which is only 15 minutes from the center of Volos and less than an hour from the rest of the picturesque villages of Pelion. The gate-door of the house leads straight to the beautiful beach of Afissos (Abovos beach). Also there are stairs from the house leading to a private small beach, which is usually secluded as it is accessible by swimmers only from the sea.
