Come rest and recharge at our unique 20 acre in-town Athens farm retreat. Walk the private 3/4 mile wooded path along Trail Creek and experience the Finnish sauna in the woods. The 1890's farmhouse has been completely renovated, is solar powered, on a whole-house filtered well, has organic linens, a wood burning stove, fire pit and has excellent wifi. Perfect for outdoor entertaining. We have been restoring the forest to a more natural forest, allowing more light and a healthy understory.

Small cottage on horse farm. Very close to UGA and the new amazing Rose Golf Course as well as all Athens has to offer. There is a full kitchen stocked with necessities and living space dividing the bedrooms with all necessities provided. Large flat screen tv in the living area. Concrete patio with firepit and chairs to relax at the end of a long day or work outside on the patio table. This quiet, little cottage overlooks a horse pasture that currently houses a mare and her foal. Welcome!

The bunkhouse also has access to the catfish pond (catch and release) and firepit. 20 minutes to downtown Athens or Commerce. This space does have an upstairs neighbor so quiet time is at 9. Please be respectful of noise throughout the rest of the day. You will have full access to a pasture, firepit and pond for fun.
