The Modern & Recycled House is a beautiful, romantic and charming open space flat. There are floor to ceiling windows surrounding half the apartment, allowing you to get all the light and the outside view if you wish so.It was built from scratch and combines recycled (made by us) materials with modern pieces. Located right in the heart of the quiet and beautiful town of Machico, its about 50 meters from the beach (rocky and sandy) door to door with great restaurants.The Airport 5 minutes away.

This accommodation is 5 minutes walking from the wild beach. Located in Caniço, is 8 km from Funchal and 9 km from airport. Has bus stop near the property with regular buses. A free private parking. I am Nelly and I love to meet new cultures and people. In the house there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a balcony at your disposal. The balcony is ideal to have a meal or a drink enjoying the sea view. On the ground floor there is a dining and sitting room and a big kitchen and a garden at your disposal. In 5 min on foot you are in the beach, markets, restaurants, bus and shops. In 5 min by car you are at the Airport, 20 min from Funchal and 10 m from the north

Located in the north-western part of the island ,its an amazing location protected by conservation laws that have kept the area free of over development. With epic mountain and sea-views (the photos don't do it justice) the tents are located 450m above the coastline. If a place to relax and unwind is what you after then this would be the place to come to. There are also some amazing levada walks to explore in the area.There are three tents on the property so you might neighbours.

Discover the quite side of the island, Machico, Madeira’s first town to be discovered by Roberto Machim. In a family neighbourhood, calm and safe. From the main road it's a 1min"ish" walk to the apt. To the city center it's under 10min walk, to the bus station its down the hill 5min walk and 7min to a main supermarket. And most importantly under 10min walk to the beach, yellow sand or rocky beach, you choose.

A Fernandes House é uma casa nova (remodelada em maio de 2021) e esta localizada em Machico, na costa sul da ilha da Madeira, a 1,4 km da praia de areia amarela, a 5 minutos de carro do Aeroporto. O apartamento fica na parte inferior da moradia. Nós vivemos no piso superior e estamos sempre disponíveis para ajudar, mas dando toda a privacidade. Será um prazer recebe-los.
