This is a private rear apartment in our newly built home, with a separate entrance. We live upstairs but you’ll have complete privacy.

Bedroom with attached bathroom (shower) are at the back. Through double French doors is a living room and full kitchen with the basics provided. Private entrance to the front leads to the carport. This private entrance suite is part of the house we have lived for 25 years. This is an inner city, multi cultural, urban neighborhood with all types of people with different socioeconomic backgrounds. We have always enjoyed hosting friends most of the time in this area of the house. We decided to separate this section completely from the house by creating its own entrance, kitchenette and small capacity stackable washer and dryer.
