The harbour and town beaches are a 5 minute stroll whilst a 15 minute walk will get you to Fistral beach. The Apartment has a parking space to the rear, which is a highly sought after commodity in the busy season. The apartment suits couples and small families and enjoys views across the town and out to sea, taking in sunset.

Situated in a quiet close just minutes away from the award winning Lusty Glaze beach. Our two bedroom house has been decorated and finished to a high standard throughout. It has a light and airy feel inside and has been newly furnished for your comfort. The house sleeps 4 people with the option of using a sofa bed in the second bedroom for a 5th person. Both bedrooms have zip and link 3ft single beds or superking. There is a fully enclosed garden and one allocated parking space directly outside.

Relax and unwind in our modern open plan one bed maisonette. Each floor has french doors which open up onto balconies for you to enjoy the side sea views of Newquay bay. We are located between Lusty Glaze & Tolcarne beach, both just 5 minutes walk away. With towering cliffs, white sand, brilliant surf, lovely bars, restaurants & panoramic sunsets. Free on site parking space and just a 10 minute walk into town. Off season contractors or long stays available at special rates, please enquire.

2 bedroom private bungalow situated -5 minutes from porth and lusty glaze beaches and local shops for all your needs. You can park right outside with a small outdoor area (not enclosed)to seat and chill on the sunny days. ready to use for strictly two people over the age of 21,pets- either couples or two friends sharing. For up to two adults only (18+) suit couples. A self contained apartment with sea view glimpses perfectly located in Porth near to the beach, which is only a short walk away. The Mermaid Inn (pub on the beach itself) serving food, and a café serving ice creams etc. Newquay town is within walking distance. There's a separate entrance and off road parking for one car. 50” Smart TV in the living area, and a 43” Smart TV in the bedroom. King Size Bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Sorry No Pets.

Bijou bolt hole with a sunny south aspect, in family garden, which is ideal for the lone traveller, as it only suitable for one person. Work space ready, if guest is travelling for work reasons. WiFi accessible. No TV. Separate, side gate access. Parking on driveway or on road immediately outside side gate. Close to Porth Beach and Chester Road shopping precinct. There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.

Jam First is a large modern 1 bedroom apartment, 10 mins walk from Lusty Glaze, Porth & Tolcarne beaches & 15 mins walk from Newquay Town Centre. We offer the choice of a 6ft super king or 2 single beds. There is a large open plan living space with all home comforts, a private decked area, a large wet room, wide doors & level access throughout, making our apartment suitable for all guests. We offer off road parking directly outside the apartment. Access is by keybox.

Self-contained chalet (close to Fistral Beach)

The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! Always happy to give activity recommendations around Newquay and Cornwall.

Porth beach, The Mermaid Inn and the coast path are all less than 5 minutes walk, whilst Newquay town centre, secluded coves and surf beaches can all be easily reached on foot, by car or by Beryl bike. We are just 10 minutes from the airport and train station with good transport links to other locations around the county.

You have your own private entrance, which is where you will find the key safe. There are sliding doors to a private outside space, which has cosy chairs and a BBQ.
