Our place is located in a quiet street leading to the main square in Paola (Raħal Ġdid) with free parking outside and close to all amenities. Buses going directly to Valletta, the Three Cities and the airport pass frequently close by. The house is just a couple of minutes away on foot from the Hypogeum and the Tarxien Temples. This apartment is bang in the center of Mellieħa forming part of a block of apartments. The apartment is very bright and airy, it includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living space, Cable TV, washing machine and AC's. It also has a nice balcony and a spacious terrace with distant sea views for outside dining. This apartment has been completely refurbished in March 2023. The pool is open from 1st April to 31st October.

This is a comfortable unique house it is situated in a farmhouse area 12 minutes walk from the airport . It is ser rounded by fields. In the house you find a nice kitchen a decent living area a bedroom with a shower room next to it we also have a small spare toilet. In the living area there is a large sofa bed which easily can be converted into another double bed. It’s a quiet and family oriented house and very safe.
