Potts Loft - Peaceful Rural Cartlodge

The location is wonderfully convenient yet feels delightfully secluded. Pretty Suffolk villages, welcoming country pubs and local farm shops are all close by, making it easy to explore without travelling far.

The Granary - Wasses Farm

Set within an ANOB and in the heart of Constable Country, The Granary is a converted farm building boasting original wooden beams and a contemporary design. Sleeps 4 comfortably in two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The cottage is perfect for anyone looking to discover the area on foot or bike with an abundance of great walks and the River Stour on it's doorstep. Totally self- contained, it has a peaceful feel with its open-plan living space and woodburner and an outdoor play and dining area.

The Strawberry Box - luxury eco barn conversion

The Strawberry Box is a luxuriously converted old tractor barn located on our working strawberry farm in rural Suffolk. South facing with extensive views across the rolling countryside, it is self contained and private, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, a romantic break or a base for exploring the rich heritage and beautiful villages around us. There are good pubs within comfortable walking distance and footpaths and narrow lanes to explore close by - or just take a wander around the farm.

Peacock Barn is nestled in the grounds of the historic Grade II listed Spider Hall in the heart of Constable Country and Brett Vale, an AONB. Located at the end of a 1/4 mile long private drive way the property is completely self-contained with large bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room with French window access on to a private lawn with access to 7 acres of grounds. The only sound is often the church bells of Shelley half a mile away. 4 footpaths in to the AONB are a step away.

The Ivy Hut

Tucked away in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty close to the Suffolk/Essex border in the Dedham Vale between the villages of Stoke By-Nayland and Polstead, the Ivy Hut is a self-contained en-suite annex with its own entrance, sofa bed for a third guest and kitchenette. With endless cultural and historical points of interest nearby plus incredible walking and cycling trails, this is a stunning spot to switch off and relax.

The Old Stables. Detached and full of character

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!

Idyllic house and gardens on estuary

A beautiful large farmhouse, dating from approximately 1600 and listed Grade II, in acres of idyllic gardens and overlooking a mile-wide river estuary. There is direct access from the bottom of the garden onto the ‘sea wall’ along the river, for walks and wonderful birdwatching. There is a duckpond (fenced) by the house and chickens (collect the eggs), and a large summerhouse with veranda in the garden, as well as a paddock of alpacas!
