The acreage is picturesque with horses, a small apple orchard. The large groomed lawn features a firepit, gazebo, tiki bar, dance floor, and kids area. A private sandy beach is only steps away, with a safe back eddy great for swimming and cooling off during the hot summer days. It's ideal location offers unlimited outdoor activities and attractions.

Outdoor activities include quading, biking, fishing, hunting etc. Leave the city behind and come enjoy the country outdoor experience where the night sky comes alive.

Secluded lake front cabin

Lakefront cabin at a quiet fishing lake (10HP boat limit) Almost 1000' lake frontage on a 10 acre property. This is a modern cabin/house. Landscaping is difficult in this area, but there is a nice patio and amazing views! You can walk around the lake which is about 5km, or one hour. This is a quiet area. There is a campsite on the other side of the lake, and approximately 20 other cabins around the lake. On summer days you will see people float around the lake on docks and small boats.

With its stunning views of the Nicola Valley, it’s a perfect weekend getaway with amazing hiking/walking and mountain biking trails right out the front door or a comfy place to spend the week if your working away. It is a 3-7 minute drive to anywhere in town so getting around is easy! We will try and be as accommodating as possible so please reach out with any questions you have before booking!

Holmwood Farm Julia’s Kitchen Suite

Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.
