Situated on a small working farm eight miles from Junction 49 at the western end of the M4. Enjoy the seclusion of the farm and walking opportunities in the area as well as the local attractions in East Carmarthenshire of castles, stately homes, gardens, local villages and towns. Further afield are the beaches and beauty spots of Swansea, the Gower and Pembrokeshire.

We are rural but not isolated and surrounded by castles, beaches and the National Botanic Gardens is just 15 minutes away. Further out are the Gower and Tenby beaches and walks and waterfalls of Brecon.

THE SOFA BED PULLS OUT INTO A DOUBLE BED TO SLEEP A MAXIMUM OF TWO PEOPLE. The deep soak Japanese Omnitub is accessed within the living space. Kitchen equipment and everything you need to self cater is provided. You’ll find a selection of teas, fresh coffee & seasoning for cooking. The cottage consists of two double bedrooms upstairs along with a bathroom with a luxury bath and skylight. The ground floor boasts a large open plan dining and lounge area and a period style log burning fire (Logs not supplied). The fully equipped modern kitchen leads out to a well-kept enjoyable garden that backs onto the river Twrch.

Open plan living area downstairs, fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, slow cooker and cooking utensils. Shower room and toilet, hot &cold running water. Double bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with adult bunk beds. Balcony accessed through main bedroom giving views of the Amman Valley.

Based in the Brecon Beacons National Park we are located on the base of a mountain with good access through a woodland track. Good walking through the Amman Valley with lots of attractions in easy reach. The local town of Ammanford has good facilities including shops and swimming pool. Cinema in Brynamman, golf courses and a riding centre within easy reach The house has a decking area with BBQ and an enclosed yard which is ideal for dogs.
