Nefeli is a brand new 47 sqm apartment (finished on April 2020) with spectacular view of Argostoli gulf and the whole area. The 35 sqm veranda with the magnificent view is unforgatable. In the capital of the island with all the city's choices available for you on walking range, but also away enough from the crowded city center with the traffic jam. Plenty of parking space in the area even on high season and easy access to ring road to avoid city traffic when going to the beach or an excursion.

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. Located on a plot of 2,500 square meters in the picturesque village of Kontogenada, is only 10 mins drive to the magnificent Petani beach and 15 mins drive to Lixouri where you can find a variety of shops and restaurants.

Our beautiful cottage is located in a calm area, only 12 minutes drive from Lixouri (6,7 km). Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio, garden and private parking space. The cottage is in the heart of the nature, offering you ultimate moments of relaxation. The nearest beach is Lagkadakia beach (4-5 minutes by car).
