There is plenty of hot water in a spacious shower. Soak in the hot tub NEXT DOOR off our back deck. Guests reserve it for the time they want to use it and have it completely private. The cabin includes a Nature's Head composting toilet and a small loft with single bed. (which is the other bedroom)

Enjoy your own patio and fire pit, walk to the owners gardens. Easy boat access at nearby on forest service access points on the salmon river road. This is a private neighborhood.

Elk Run Ranch is nestled in the Salmon-Challis Forest. Mountains abound with miles of public forest land/trails for hiking, biking, off-roading, hunting, and horseback riding right from your cabin!! Just steps from your cabin you will find a private lake for swimming, fishing, or just relaxing. We are within easy access to the Salmon river for rafting and fishing. Due to large animals and a second-story balcony, this property isn’t suitable for young children. However, non-walking infants may be accepted with prior arrangement at booking. No pets allowed.
