The home features a private courtyard, a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds, two full bathrooms with sunken tub and walk-in shower, a well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer and many other amenities. The home is fully furnished including housewares.

Our little studio is located right in the middle of town on the second floor. It counts with a queen comfortable bed, one full-size inflatable mattress (if you needed), it has a minibar refrigerator and a microwave. There's a coffee table seeing the outside and four windows that light up the place and/or invite you to enjoy the view of the near sierra mountains. We are located within walking distance from the malecón, the church, the plaza, and many coffee shops and restaurants.

Our villa is the perfect vacation spot for those wanting a quiet vacation or several weeks tranquility in a friendly neighborhood. The studio has a fun contemporary decoration which is located in the second floor. Once you enter the studio you would be able call it home. Less than 5 minutes from the plaza, grocery stores, coffee shops, boardwalk, restaurants, you name it. Craft shops “artesanias” crossing the street and 7-minute walk to beach.

The Eden Suite at Casa de La Mar is a charming, one bedroom, one and a half bathroom apartment located on the ground floor of the building.
