It’s an ideal place for a large family or two smaller families.  This summer house in the beautiful coastal town of Lønstrup is situated in a scenic area, surrounded by raw nature as far as the eye can see. Inside, you’ll find a combined dining and living room, open to the kitchen—a perfect gathering point with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings, giving the space a spacious and airy feel without compromising acoustics. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with family bunk beds. Additionally, there are two lofts, one of which is equipped with a good mattress, providing extra sleeping space. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the electric car charging station takes care of all practical needs. From the terrace, you have direct access to the hot tub and outdoor shower. From the hot tub, you can enjoy the secluded nature, and perhaps a deer or pheasant will stop by in search of food. Next to the hot tub, there is a cozy fire pit, perfect for campfires, songs, and roasting marshmallows as night falls. Tæt på strand, by og shopping, og med egen terrasse, hvor aftensmaden kan grilles og nydes til solens sidste stråler. Der er plads til 4 voksne, fordelt i ét soveværelse i stueplan og derudover hems på 1. sal. Annekset har egen terrasse og indgang, men indeholder muligheden for et “godmorgen” til os, da det befinder sig i vores baghave 👫🏼👋🏻 Gratis parkering på offentlige veje.

Blånæs – a historic pearl in Løkken with a panoramic view of the North Sea This unique summer house is probably the best known of all the properties in the seaside resort of Løkken. Enthroned on top of a dune, the house stands completely by itself and right next to the beach, and the architecture exudes excess, quality and finesse. The house's exciting history goes all the way back to 1920, when it was named Blånæs - inspired by the clay mound "Den Blå Næse" north of the property.

Hyggeligt helårshus brugt til sommerhus i den Nordjyske ferieby Løkken. Beliggende blot 200 m fra stranden og en kort gåtur fra byens centrum. Huset er indrettet med 3 soveværelser på 1. sal med plads til 6 personer og badeværelse. I stueetagen er der køkken, hyggelig stue indrettet med sofaer og tv, og spisestue med adgang til terrasse og have. Der er stor aflukket have bag huset med havemøbler, solstole, hængekøje og grill. I kælderen er der vaskemaskine og tørretumbler.

Sommerhuset ved Lønstrup er bygget 1986 det er et velholdt og hyggeligt sommerhus, smagfuldt indrettet og beliggende på en stor, sydvestskrånende naturgrund. Grunden er omgivet af store træer, der giver god læ for vestenvinden og skaber mange lege muligheder for børn. Sommerhuset ligger midt i den storslåede natur ved Vesterhavet. En lille sti fører fra huset over klitheden til Vesterhavet, en gåtur på ca. 10 minutter, hvor I finder nogle af Danmarks smukkeste badestrande.

Havhytten

Sommerhuset, som er beliggende i 1. række ved Vesterhavet nord for Lønstrup, er yderst velindrettet med udsigt til havet på 3 af husets sider. Der er ca. 40 kvm. terrasse rundt om huset, hvor der er rig mulighed for at finde læ. Der er ca. 900 meter til Lønstrup By på sti langs vandet og fantastiske badestrande inden for ganske få minutters gang. Lønstrup går under navnet lille-skagen pga. sine mange gallerier og stemning. Der er gode indkøbsmuligheder og cafémiljø.
