Our romantic old Bothy hut (Mountain refuge) is close to the sea and the Rhinog Mountains. Unique, tranquil and quirky, it makes a perfect base for couples to explore Eryri National Park. Take it easy at this exclusive hideaway which is neither a tent, a 'pod' nor an apartment. We welcome a small placid dog e.g. a cocker spaniel or smaller. Hiking trails abound with Harlech beach, town and castle a walk away. The area has plenty to offer; steam railways, Portmeirion, sandy beaches, ZipWorld and Mt Snowdon are just a car ride away. Alternatively enjoy the Nook’s garden with BBQ/fire-pit and perhaps a game on its unique pétanque pitch or retro games machine.

There is a parking space available at the bottom of the track (50 meters away from the cabin) or you are welcome to drive up, as there is space to park and turn around at the top of the track.

Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.
