Woodworker's Place Chora, Serifos

Renovated two-floor house located in the lower part of the old town (Chora). The kitchen and bathroom facilities, along with the living room and one of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are a sheltered bedroom and a shaded balcony. Ανακαινισμένο σπίτι 2 επιπέδων στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό της Κάτω Χώρας. The church of Panagia is the oldest and most important church of Serifos. Serifos maintains several hiking trails, one of them starts from Panagia towards the beach of Sykamia.

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

The room has a view on the east side of the island and is located 200 metres from the central square of the town (5-7 minute walk). There you will find car rentals,restaurants,cafes,nightclubs,banks,supermarkets etc. and the bus station where you can go to most places on the island.

Built at the hillside "En Lefko" offers peace and quiet along with a unique view of the magnificent Chora. The house is located at the island's main town, Livadi and it takes only some minutes walking , to get to the center, where you can find all you probably need. Small but fully equiped will offer you some easy going and relaxing days!
