We are nestled in the hillside, surrounded by forest & wildlife. Pet friendly during the months of May-October. Great news, the snowmobile and ATV trails are located just 2 minutes from the cottage! When given the opportunity, this cottage is the perfect escape to view deer and wild turkeys! Take an adventure wheeling, snowmobiling, snowshoeing or hiking. End the day with a bonfire and star gazing or snuggle up by the indoor wood stove. You decide it's your vacation to enjoy!

So if that's your reason to come to the area, you can pull right in from the trail! We're also a great option for those coming to visit family and friends in the area, we all know how hard it can be to find a place when you need lodging. Please see our pet policy below.

This is our Home that we have renovated slowly over the years and want to allow people to enjoy our home the way we have. It is smaller but has suited our needs and hope it suites yours as well. It has a washer and dryer unit onsite as well. The front porch serves as a nice area to enjoy the sunrise and your morning coffee.

Walkout Suite is situated less than 5 minutes from Trans Canada Highway and Hwy 95 to the USA. Suite has a full kitchen, dining area, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bath. The Rice Block is located in the heart of historic downtown Houlton. The downtown location couldn’t be better for restaurants, shopping, walking trails, community events, and access to I-95 & HWY 1. We love the original 1897 details of the building that are coupled with all the amenities of today. It has all the charm of days gone by with all the utility of the modern world.
