Waterfront Cottage with Covered Boat Slip

We offer a covered boat slip. Peaceful & secluded, yet walking distance from town. Full kitchen w/dishwasher, Keurig, W& D. Please note that this is a place for those that love outdoors & has no air conditioning, wi-fi or cable. Verizon & AT&T in area. Fire pit outside. We are pet friendly but we've had a few instances that have resulted in us having to adopt a pet policy & pet fee. We charge $25/night, per pet, max of $250. Upon booking, call us & we will send policy form & collect payment.

All within walking distance to downtown Alanson and Crooked River. Outdoor patio with furniture and grill. 1 bedroom, 2 beds (queen bed in bedroom and full futon in the main room) . 1 bath. Outdoor deck. parking and Room for boat trailers. Close to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Burt Lake , Crooked Lake and Mackinac City.

SUMMER PRICING REDUCTION: Please note that the summer pricing has been reduced by 20 percent due to High Lake Levels, which have restricted use of the dock, the yard and the "She Shed". The typical price per night in the summer is $550 per night and is now reduced to $440 per night. In addition, there is no restriction on the number of nights that you must book.
