Relax in the conservatory positioned under native trees home to many birds such as Tuis and native wood pidgeons. It is a great place to start your northern journey or a base for your trip to Tiritiri Matangi Island wildlife sanctuary. It is minutes to many local beaches, ten minutes to Gulf Harbour and 10 - 15 minutes to Orewa and the motorway.

Orewa by the Beach - Coastal living

Centrally located at the heart of the famous Orewa beach in the Hibiscus Coast of North Auckland region, 200m distance from the surf beach and 350m from the entrance of the 8km estuary walk/cycle way. The shops, supermarkets , cafes, restaurants/bars, take aways and fast foods are 1km walk. Included in your stay is the unlimited use of canoes and paddle boards- life jackets provided. We only offer a quiet , comfortable room to stay in - Parties, visitors and binge drinking are not allowed.

Plus, safe off-street parking for two vehicles.

Don't be fooled by the name, the NZ Summer house is idyllic all year round. Set on an equestrian lifestyle property down a quiet country lane. Open your bedroom doors to the relaxing pool area or private outdoor courtyard off the bedroom and enjoy a cup of coffee with the sounds of nature. 30 minutes from the CBD and close to award-winning restaurants, vineyards and the west coast beaches. Bring your walking shoes or bikes, we are within walking distance to the Riverhead forest.

Only a quick walk to the beach and Manly village there is plenty to keep you occupied and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.

Few minutes drive to the Marina, golf clubs & leisure centre. A short walk to Whangaparaoa School & Whangaparaoa College.

very modern studio in 14year old luxury House .fully self contained.Has parking for one car ,no visitor parking ,not wheelchair friendly, washing machine electric hob, dishwasher microwave ,frig freezer all crockery cutlery provided tea coffee milk cereals TVs free internet BBQ and tools private access with security lighting. No smoking anywhere on premises. Outdoor table and chairs, sun lounger.
