Our cozy 3 bedroom/2 bathroom cabin is a unique and peaceful place to stay! Only 7 minutes from Downtown Coudersport for all your shopping and dining needs. 20 miles from Cherry Springs Star Gazing. Very close proximity to ATV trails/Pilot Program in season. Our cabin is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 3 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore! Our cabin is one of our OFFSITE getaways to our Potter County Family Campground! A/C Available!

Cozy Cuba Cabin

This cabin is located in the Enchanted Mountains & just 7 miles from the quaint lake town of Cuba,NY- full of local shops, world famous cheese and great local eats! Inside, we have all the basic amenities you'll need for your getaway along with wifi, classic gaming console, outdoor fire pit, charcoal grill and (our favorite) upper and lower balconies to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. No air conditioning in cabin but 3 fans to keep cool. Dog friendly! Service animals are always welcome.

Country Shanty

This cozy space is approximately 3 miles out of the Village of Wellsville. It is very close to Alma Pond, Trout Run Camping Resort, Tall Pines ATV park, and the Wellsville Airport! It is nestled back into the woods, with some great views. The house is spacious, great living room, spacious bedrooms, and kitchen with laundry as well! There is super fast Wi-Fi. there are front and back porches where you can sip your morning coffee, and watch the birds whistle, this is very family friendly!

Close to Ellicottville/skiing -30 mins., St. Bonaventure University, Cutco, Rock City Park, Allegany State Park, kayak launch, biking, and walking trail. Niagara Falls is a 1.5-hour drive, Zippo 30 minutes. Walmart and movie theater are 2 miles away. Many restaurants are nearby. This unique place has a style all its own. This 1BR space "delivers" when it comes to comfort and convenience. This cozy space is on the second story so if you have a hard time with stairs sadly we aren't the place for you. Try us out, you won't be disappointed!!

This home is out in the country close to St. Bonaventure University and Cuba Lake in a relaxed neighborhood. This two bedroom ranch style home has exactly what you need for a family get away.
