The coastal decor and furnishings create the ambiance of an island home. The condo opens onto a wide porch which has beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Wander down the sandy path to a private beach and the turquoise waters of the Gulf. Enjoy Gulf breezes and sunsets from the porch or the beach.

Location, Location, Location! This condo overlooks the marina and the intercoastal water way leading to the gulf of Mexico. This unit provides you access to a private beach via a free boat taxi ride. There’s a public beach (Englewood) nearby with great restaurants. If you are looking for relaxation on the beach or by the pool, there is a pool to have a cocktail by. The area has many things to do like kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, charters, golfing, and many bars and restaurants.
