Very comfortable 70’s beach house, a large sun drenched NW facing deck with plunge pool (pool will be heated from mid June 2025) Another large quiet undercover deck at the back surrounded with beautiful gardens and large fenced yard. Cosy wood fireplace with wood supplied. Perched on the hill overlooking Crescent Head but still a short walking distance to the beach and shops. 4 beautiful large living areas and play area downstairs for the kids.

'Chriss - Cliffs' - Close to creek & beaches

Simple tidy 3 bedroom home on the quiet south side of Hat Head Creek. 2 x Queen bed rooms and a King Single with Trundle. 300m to the footbridge when walking over to the town beach or creek for a swim/snorkel or to 'The Gap'. Has nice kitchen, sunny open plan living/dining with air con. There is a wooden outdoor setting, bbq and 2nd shower and toilet in the laundry. Off street parking for your car and boat and still have room for the kids to run and play. Surrounded by natural flora and fauna.

An easy six minute drive to the village of South West Rocks and family friendly Horseshoe Bay Beach. The area offers beautiful surfing beaches, easy and intermediate bush walks, diving and fishing. Visit the lighthouse (whale watching in season) and historic Trial Bay Gaol.

A beach sand rendered concrete cube with queen bed, ensuite tiled bath connected to a semi external kitchenette and deck; private and cute. Suitable for the young and/or young at heart due to steep stairs and rustic /unique features (and nature lovers as we back onto the national park and share our land with many creatures). We are on two acres surrounded by national park, with beaches in front and behind. Built on the north facing slope of O'Connors hill is our unique, rustic home consisting of a cluster of detached buildings set among a tropical landscape. A private resort. We back onto the national park so we share our land with many native creatures. Please note this is a quiet space, please keep noise to a minimum and no music after 8pm. This brand new tiny home offers the best of both worlds. Not only can you escape into a rural setting with ocean views but as an added bonus the beach is only a 3 minute drive. Sapphire Beach is the sort after destination for locals and tourists because it offers peace and tranquillity whilst still being close to everything. In the afternoons you can have drink with the sunset and see wildlife such as kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas and a large variety of birds.

Private and fully renovated, the Flat is attached to our garage and is at the top of a steep driveway which give the flat views of the shimmering ocean and the stunning Hat Head mountain.
