This cozy 30 m² apartment is in an 18th-century building near Santa Apolónia, with natural light and views of the River Tagus. Fado, the Fado Museum, the Pantheon, Feira da Ladra and Tram 28 are all nearby. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a traditional building without lift, with steep stairs. Please note that the cruise ship terminal is just across and cruise ships may obstruct the river view.

Patio São Vicente is a collection of restored cottages surrounding a peaceful courtyard, hidden away in the historical center. The cottages have been restored respecting the original architecture yet designed with a modern aesthetic by Paratelier architects. Using Portuguese artisans and designers, the interiors are cosy, comfortable and carefully crafted with custom carpentry. Lisbon's 13th century wall, the "Muralha Fernandina", is integrated into the back wall of each of the living rooms.

On the last floor, a balcony overlooking the river and the rooftops of the city is the ideal spot for a glass.

Spacious living area with open space kitchen with a long walk-in balcony looking to the river Tejo and a quiet bedroom at the back. A unique nest to rest after a day of visits and enjoy the sunset. The Balcony is the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the views. Although there is an elevator, it's not working at the moment.

Alfama Riverside is an amazing apartment finished with fine decoration. It offers a perfect view on the river and a quiet space to rest after an exciting day in Lisbon. Located right in the heart of Alfama. - To respect the neighbors we kindly ask you not to make noise after 10 PM. The portuguese law is strict about this aspect and we will have to cancel your reservation if you create troubles in the building.
