There is a washing machine and sink in the utility. Three car park spaces. Outside enjoy field views and meet our lovely animals.

A dog friendly, barn conversion situated down a quiet country lane, a perfect pace to relax and unwind. The living space is an open plan kitchen, diner and living room with an adjoining boot room and downstairs toilet. The ground floor is limestone tiled with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. The stairs lead to a mezzanine style en-suite bedroom which can be either a king size bed or a twin room heated by radiators. The kitchen has Oven, Hob, Dishwasher and Fridge with an Icebox.

Spend some time away in this modern, countryside bungalow. Ideal for families or small groups of friends! Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area).
