This is a brand new home that is clean, modern and inviting. We have an outdoor deck with seating and twinkle lights that can be particularly enjoyed in the spring and fall!

Just 4 minutes to SVU and 12 minutes to VMI and W&L it is easy access to whichever campus you need. The house is also 12 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and on the edge of the Washington National Forest.There are many trails here (some even just across the street) so if you come to hike, you are in the right place!

It's great for couples, business travelers, families with kids, big groups, parents of students, and really anyone visiting Lexington!
