Chalet spacieux et indépendant livré en 2023 avec une architecture originale. Eté et hiver Il donne l'accès très facilement (5 minute) aux domaines de Morzine et d'Avoriaz. Une navette passe au pied l'hiver pour amener au ski. Orienté au Sud il est situé dans un petit hameau typique de Haute-Savoie. Un large balcon et une terrasse privative offrent des vues sur les montagnes environnantes. Moderne, bien équipé, il est très fonctionnel avec ses 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain.

Idéalement situé que ce soit en hiver pour les pistes de ski ou en été pour les randonneurs nous sommes à 12 mn de Saint Gervais les Bains, 20 mn de Combloux, 25 mn des Contamines Montjoie, Megève et Chamonix et 5 mn des Thermes de St Gervais Parfait pour être au calme tout en étant au centre des lieux touristiques et d'activités.

Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans notre adorable petite maison/ ancienne remise maçonnée entièrement rénovée et réaménagée avec soin mi 2021. Belle terrasse sud ombragée l’après midi, vues vraiment magnifiques et dégagées vers le Mont- Blanc, les aiguilles de Chamonix, « au pied » du glacier des Bossons en face. En retrait de 20m de la route dans un quartier résidentiel. Transports à 2 pas. 2 places de stationnement devant la maison. Wifi. Pas de TV.

Chalet Mary is a beautifully designed chalet in the heart of Morzine, sleeping up to 10 people in 4 en-suite bedrooms. Featuring a large hot tub, sauna, boot room and stunning views over Morzine. The chalet benefits from an ideal location, just a few minutes walk to the restaurants and bars and 5/10 minutes walk to Pleney telecabine/Morzine centre. For larger groups, there is a twin chalet next door (Chalet Rose - with completely separate access).

The panoramic views of Mont Blanc can be enjoyed right from the comfort of the living room or from the year around hot tub in the front garden. Ideally located on the edge of the forest, hiking trails and the ski piste in winter. It is also just next to the Brevent gondola (100m) and a 3-5 minute downhill walk into Chamonix town centre.
