Από τη βεράντα θα απολαύσετε τον ήλιο και τη θέα του Λεωνιδίου πανοραμικά. Η κρεβατοκάμαρα έχει ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι με ανατομικό στρώμα και μπορούν να κοιμηθούν 2 άτομα. Ένα επιπλέον άτομο μπορεί να κοιμηθεί στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο στον καναπέ που μετατρέπεται σε κρεβάτι. Κατόπιν αιτήματος, μπορούμε να παρέχουμε ένα επιπλέον μονό κρεβάτι. Διώροφη κατοικία 154τμ δίπλα στη θάλασσα στον οικισμό Σαμπατική Αρκαδίας. Απέχει 5 χιλιόμετρα από το Λεωνίδιο (περίπου δέκα λεπτά οδήγησης). Die Gartenwohnung ist Teil der Villa Metropolis und liegt oberhalb der Kirche Panagia. Über den eigenen Parkplatz gelangt man zum Eingang dieser Wohnung, welches über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, Essbereich, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem en-suite Badezimmer verfügt. Durch den Garten, ein Stockwerk tiefer, befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer (Kamara) mit Teeküche und Badezimmer, welches einen separaten Eingang hat.

If you feel like unwinding, writing, painting, meditating, walking, swimming and looking at the starry sky, this is the place for you. If you feel like a party, it's not. It's situated 3-3,5 hours from Athens airport and it's easier to have a car.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.
