Urquhart Bay Barn, situated at the Urquhart Bay Viewpoint, is a charming and spacious self-catering renovation, with two bedrooms (one can be either two single beds or a king size bed), completed to a very high standard, with stunning views across Loch Ness and Glen Urquhart from the dining area window and gardens. We are just a few minutes walk from the iconic Urquhart Castle. The Barn itself is built with stone taken from Urquhart Castle in the late 1800s.

Brooklands is a spacious, warm, well equipped new build next to the Great Glen Way Walk in Drumnadrochit. Loch Ness, shops, pubs, restaurants, Urquhart Castle, and the tourist hub are an easy walk. A good base to tour the Highlands including NC 500 destinations. Hill walking, mountain biking available locally. The deck provides a secluded place to savour the peace of the Scottish Highlands . 2 single or 1 double bed available in each bedroom.

Unlike many Loch Ness cottages, we are not on a road, just the garden between us and the Loch. Foulis Castle is a 15-20 min walk away from the Storehouse of Foulis Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm).
