Lake is very ideal for swimming/sunbathing/boating with a sandy bottom- ideal for children. A dock is present if guests choose to bring a boat/ Jet ski or float toys. Parking can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Lakefront seating includes 1 large 10ft picnic table/ large wooden swing, 2 tanning chairs, 1 additional 3-person swing and 5 single chairs. Charcoal grill/firepit available.

The location is minutes from historic Adrian where Adrian College and Siena Heights University are home to, Tecumseh, and near main roads, and only 20 miles from Brooklyn, and 30 miles from Ann Arbor.
