THE PIONEER Guesthouse The Pioneer is suitable for 4 persons. The apartment has downstairs a livingroom, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. On the split level floor (open vide) you find the bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds (all boxspring). There is an extra bed and a baby cot free available. Bedlinen, towels etc. are all included. Lelymare Lodge is situated in the organic agricultural area in Lelystad. In recent years the agricultural activities have made room for a horsefarm. Apart from the young quarterhorses that live in herds at Lelymare, there are our dogs, cats, chickens (free eggs!), geese, guinea-fowls and a peacock walking about. On the footpaths along the meadows you can discover all aspects of Lelymare. The surroundings of Lelymare offer much opportunity for hikers, cyclists, watersports and horse riding. Because of its central position in Holland you can make day-trips from Lelymare to tourist-attractions and historic towns all over the Netherlands. The famous Oostvaardersplassen (The New Wilderness) are nearby. The price of € 90 per night is based on 2 persons. For 3 or 4 persons we charge €25 pp extra. If you want to go back to basic, have an open mind and don't need perfection, then relax and enjoy our self-made garden house! We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Er is alle ruimte om te watersporten, fietsen, wandelen, mountainbiken, vissen, klimmen en shoppen. Ook voor cultuur en architectuur. Binnen het uur van steden als Amsterdam, Utrecht en Zwolle.

Ontsnap aan de drukte en geniet van de rust, comfort en de tuin van ca 1 ha. Wij richten ons op rustzoekers, die hier in deze prachtige omgeving naar hartenlust kunnen recreëren. Geniet van onze prachtige tuin met de vele vogels en de reeën die regelmatig langskomen. Je kunt 's avonds zelfs genieten van een gezellig kampvuur.

A nice and cozy stay, quietly located yet remains central. Close to the beach and cities like Alkmaar and Amsterdam. With a lovely, sunny garden where there are plenty of relax spots. The place includes the cute and easygoing cat Jet. She has her own cat door and can go in and out whenever she wants. So there's no need for a litter box. She may come chill on the couch with you for some coziness. Food and water are needed once a day and are provided. Please also check the reviews.

Welkom in mijn gezellige verblijf in hartje Lelystad! Het huis biedt 4 slaapkamers met 8 slaapplekken, ideaal voor groepen en families. Elke kamer is comfortabel ingericht, de keuken volledig uitgerust. Ontspan op het terras of in de woonkamer, met wifi en werkkamers. Ontdek lokale attracties zoals Batavia Stad en Aviodrome. Buiten de stad: Walibi Holland, de Veluwe en Giethoorn wachten op ontdekking. Ik sta klaar met tips en ondersteuning om je verblijf onvergetelijk te maken!!

Gezellig huisje, dicht bij zandverstuiving

Deze unieke woning is onder architectonisch ontwerp en begeleiding gebouwd. Landelijk gelegen aan de rand van bos en zandverstuiving. Het Veluwemeer is op fietsafstand. Cultuur en culinair belevenissen zijn er volop in de omgeving. Beneden is alles gelijkvloers. Mensen met een lichamelijke handicap zijn ook welkom. (Hulp van de host, is mogelijk obv beschikbaarheid. Hij is verpleegkundige) Huisdieren niet toegestaan (uitgezonderd hulphonden). Geen feesten! Niet roken in huis.

Moderne watervilla; logeren op het water

Kom tot rust in deze unieke en fantastische splitlevel woning: veel licht, ruimte en gezellige buitenterrassen. Vanaf de vlonders spring je in het water, of vaar je met het supboard of met de roeiboot weg! Vanuit de grote woonkeuken kijk je over het water. Met een trapje naar beneden kom je in de woonkamer waar het heerlijk toeven is en sta je gelijkvloers met het water. Een level lager liggen badkamer en slaapkamers en sta je "oog in oog" met het water.

Our home is in a quiet area, just a 5-minute walk from Lelystad Centrum station. From there, you can reach Almere in 20 minutes and Amsterdam in 40 minutes by train. We live privately on the ground floor. You’ll have the lovely first floor to yourself, including a cozy bedroom, a kitchen just for guests.
