It's right on the beach! All apartments can accommodate up to 4 people. They all have two rooms. The one room has a double bed with COCOMAT matress and the other room has two single beds. Every apartment has a furnished balcony/patio, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, A/C, and a bathroom with shower. All apartments share a big green yard with sun beds, garden tables, chairs, umbrellas and shower. It is located between Lygia and Katouna village in a beautiful, and peaceful place which offers a great view of the sea. In a small distance you can have access to mini markets, bakery, greek taverns etc. Lefkada town is about 5km away (5 min by car) . The house offers self-catering accommodation. Also, the guests will have access to a shared swimming pool of 50 s.m. at the house complex.

Δεν έχει κουζίνα αλλά έχει τα βασικά για καφέ κλπ. Πάρκινγκ θα βρείτε εύκολα και χωρίς χρέωση έξω από το διαμέρισμα η στους παράπλευρους δρόμους . Στη μαγευτική τοποθεσία της Νικιάνας,που συνδυάζει βουνό και θάλασσα βρίσκεται η εξοχική κατοικία,με υπέροχη θέα του Ιονίου πελάγους που ξεκουράζει το μάτι και ηρεμεί την ψυχή.Έχει πρόσβαση σε μικρή παραλία,ενώ από τις παραλίες της γύρω περιοχής απέχει μόλις λίγα λεπτά.Απέχει 5χλμ από το Νυδρί και11χλμ από τη Λευκάδα. Άλλα στοιχεία που πρέπει να γνωρίζετε. Ο φόρος καταλύματος είναι 8 ευρώ την ημέρα και πρέπει να καταβληθεί σε μετρητά κατά την άφιξη.
