It offers a light and airy vaulted living space and cosy wood burning stove. A workspace and WiFi make it ideal for remote working. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The mezzanine double bedroom overlooks the living area. Outside is private use of the sunny patio and garden, a perfect rural retreat.

The property also benefits from having two designated parking spaces directly outside though please be respectful of the neighbours and avoid parking large vans or blocking access.

There is a decking area & a shared garden. WiFi included. It is within 10 minutes’ walk of Earlsdon (with its restaurants, cafes, pubs, and coffee shops) and Canley Ford nature reserve. We provide a welcome pack (bread, milk, coffee, tea, toiletries) and some Honesty Food (& drink) - pay or replace.
