With plenty of cycling & walking routes close by. Guests can access the local cricket, tennis and bowls clubs, Pubs & Restaurants, Cedar Farm craft shops and food outlets, and Stocks Health Club & Spa ( 2 x adult private passes can be provided on request at an additional rate)

The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Totally Isolated Pennine Cabin

A cosy, rustic hut in a field with 2 comfy kingsize beds (sheets & duvet not provided), en suite shower & loo, set in a secluded spot on a small, quiet 36 acre farm with fishing lake & boat in a remote, beautiful, little visited, yet very accessible area of the Pennines with expansive views of the stunning Thursden Valley. An extensive network of footpaths lead to Extwistle Moor, the cairn circle & tumuli above Ell Clough, the Bronte Way, Pennine Way & Bridleway. Sorry no dogs. No loud music.

Situated in the private gated residential area of the park, it is surrounded with the most gorgeous scenic landscape of the Ribble Valley. It is the perfect place to simply get away from it all or to unwind after a lovely day of exploring. All guests have full access to the holiday park’s amenities. However, if that is not your cup of tea, you are only a short walk from the heart of the gorgeous, quaint town of Longridge.

Our caravan is situated right next to Heysham port so perfect for the ferry to the Isle of Man. We have space on our plot for 2 cars and even a 3rd would fit easily. Our caravan is a good size with a kingsize bedroom with space for a travel cot and has an en suite bathroom. We have tried to make our lovely caravan homely so you feel at home. We supply bedding, towels & toiletries and have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Entertainment passes can be bought at reception.

On your door step is an indoor heated swimming pool, play park, soft play and 3 bars/restaurants to choose from as well as entertainment for everyone. *closed for the season from November-February * There are sandy private beaches which are pet friendly. And heysham nature reserve which is a short walk off site. Also Morecambe is just a 10 minute drive with plenty to do and see.

Our cabin is a high-spec static caravan on a holiday park in Longridge, with fabulous views over the Ribble Valley, a large family pool * and bar. There are stunning walks and cycling in every direction, wild river swimming, easy access to golf and tennis, boutique shopping in Longridge and Clitheroe and some great country pubs and craft beer bars within a 5 minute drive. The park itself is being refurbished in some areas currently. *small additional charge payable at reception.
