Close to Dartmoor, beaches, golf courses, the A38, St Elizabeth’s House, Elfordleigh and Boringdon Hall. With a bus stop right outside the property.

You have a separate access, decked areas and sole use of hot tub. New is our yoga studio and wood fired sauna available for private bookings.

It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.

Yelverton is a few minutes drive and has a good butcher, Co-op, Post Office, pubs and is close to the market town of Tavistock and the city of Plymouth, making it ideal for both outdoor activities and exploring Devon's history and coast.
