modern chalet, 2 double bedrooms and a sleeping alcove ,2 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen. whole house, garden and carport for 2 cars. at the end of a quiet road, close to buses (100 meters), trains , and the center of Les Houches(10 mn walking), les Houches ski resort ( 5 minutes) and all the chamonix resorts (20 to 40 minutes). It’s next to the village ski slope, which leads down to a skating rink. A free evening ski and show take place every Thursday during the winter season.

Chalet de 42 m² très paisible situé au milieu des montagnes idéal pour la détente. Péage Annecy nord à 15 mn. Vous profitez des stations de La Clusaz et du Grand-Bornand à 20 km, du lac d'Annecy à 9 km, de Thônes avec son marché à 9 km. Randonnée en montagne, promenades et VTT sur place. Aire de jeux, city stade à 1 km (Bcp+ dans mon guide de voyage ci-dessous). Cuisine induction, lave vaisselle, prise VE, jardin équipé, abris, transat. Arrivée à 16h les vendredis, samedis et dimanches.

Philippe et Pemmy auront le plaisir de vous accueillir dans une maisonnette indépendante (voisine de leur résidence) en lisière de forêt dans le petit hameau d'Ossat, niché au dessus de Marignier, et au pied du Môle. A proximité vous trouverez de nombreuses randonnées, via ferrata, canyoning, rafting, vtt... et vous serez proches des stations de ski: Grand Massif 25', Porte du Soleil 30', Praz de Lys/Sommand 30', les Brasses 25', Chamonix 50’. Genève et Annecy sont à moins d'une heure.
