This beautifully sloping lot with a semi-private lagoon is at one of the widest locations of the Tennessee River/Wheeler Lake. Multiple rooms have panoramic views of the lake and ZERO development across the water. The home includes a huge game room, covered outdoor living area outdoorand spacious kitchen to accommodate ALL the cooks! The south-facing windows provide colorful sunrise and sunset views. Family Friendly River Camp! Bring the Boat!

Come and relax on the river with the whole family! We are on the water with a dock with boat ties and swim ladder. During summer months we are accessible by boat. We do NOT have year around water so if you book after Labor Day it’s dependent upon TVA. Completely furnished kitchen with an air fryer for those chicken nuggets. Coffee maker too! We are safety minded for those with small children. We have plenty of life jackets. The top deck has a locking gate to keep the stairs blocked off.

Relax with family & friends at this home on Wheeler Lake with 4 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms. Large deck is great for grilling, games, & hanging out. Boat dock with 2 slips. Private boat ramp onsite. Kayaks onsite. Enjoy s’mores around campfires using our fire pit. Perfect for couples getaway, family vacations, reunions, fisherman fishing tournaments, TVA outage workers. Joe Wheeler State park is a short 15 minute boat ride or 10 minute drive away. Grocery store, restaurants 5 minutes away.

Welcome to Maw's Cottage. My great-grandmother's house has been completely remodeled and renovated to include amenities such as a tankless water heater, a heated bathroom floor, and 3 separate mini split units strategically placed so each guest can control their ideal sleeping temperature. It is conveniently located near the Robert Trent Jones golf course and Colbert Alloys Park boat ramp. I remodeled this house as though I was going to be the one living in it, so I know you'll love it.
