The couch in the living room has a sleeper couch. Two adults is all this house will accommodate with the exception of also allowing two children. The dock is yours to use without charge during your stay. The house is in a no wake portion of the cove and is great water to swim in. Boat ramp on site

This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.
