When our family of 8 bought this .5 acre lot the goal was to make vacation fun again, which is why we designed this home from the ground up including surprises around every corner from a hidden children's playroom to a huge patio built for the 300+ days of Colorado sun! As natives of Northern Colorado, we understand getting to the mountains is precious. We are humbled and excited you are looking to escape and enjoy a little bit of what we call God's Country!

Welcome to our Colorado Classic Tri-Level Townhome! Immerse yourself in comfort with a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom haven just mins from Old Town and New Belgium and Odell breweries. Unwind in the luxurious King Bed, catch your favorite shows on the impressive 77" Samsung OLED TV, and enjoy the CO mountain air with a short walk 1 mile walk to Old Town, or relax on the 3rd floor deck complete w/ a cozy fireplace. We've eliminated all cleaning chores so you can enjoy a truly stress-free stay!

NEWER townhouse with lots of space and lots of close street parking. You'll have access to the entire place (just mind my things tucked away) including 3 full bedrooms (2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 in finished basement), 3.5 baths, laundry, entertainment & bar. My place is close to public transport & activities and great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). NO cleaning fees & stocked with food you are welcome to consume. I have bikes that can be used too.

Awesome 3 Bedroom townhome just north of Old Town in Fort Collins. Each bedroom has a king bed! You're renting the entire place for your vacation, trip or whatever brings you to town. Located just 1 mile from the heart of downtown, this house is located in a charming neighborhood. You should have everything you need, towels, linens and toiletries. The kitchen is stocked. Including dinnerware, utensils, pots/pans, cutlery. We've got entertainment with TV's in every room. Enjoy your stay!
