We are excited to share with you our renovated garage studio apartment. Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with a full size oven, fridge and dishwasher. Pots, pans, cookware, and dishes are all provided. Cozy up by the gas fireplace. The bed is a queen size memory foam mattress. There is a loading zone next to it. Parking for the building is all street parking around the area.

You'll enjoy a main and lower level end unit townhouse with 3 beds, 2 full baths, wood burning stove with easy access to University of Wyoming, War Memorial Stadium (walking distance), Ivinson Hospital, all the outdoor activities you can imagine, a variety of good eats, and shopping along with easy access to I-80 from this location.
