The Barn is a perfect escape for a couple. A spacious open-plan barn with kitchen and living room, flagstone floor and underfloor air-source heating and an overhead sleeping platform. Stylish self-contained shower room. Large library of books and collection of board games and extensive gardens and grounds. Our beautifully restored Long Barn provides bright spacious, accommodation suitable for families or groups of friends. Situated in a peaceful rural location close to stunning National Trust Beaches and breath taking walks. Relax under the stars at night in our woodfired hot tub or sauna, cook marshmallows over an open fire or pizza on one of our pizza nights. Help us feed the animals in the mornings. There is a large rustic barn with badminton, table tennis and lots of outdoor space.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
