Featuring a private entrance, one bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a living room with a sofa bed, full kitchen, full bath and in-suite laundry. Located in a quiet residential area, our suite is a short drive from all major beaches, trails, restaurants, breweries and shops.

Michelle and I are retired professionals. Our place is close to Weirs Beach, Lester Pearson College, Galloping Goose Trail, East Sooke Regional Park. You’ll love our place because of the location, the coziness, the views, the peaceful setting. Our place is good for couples, solos and business travelers. It is c. 40 mins drive to central Victoria. We are on 2 acres of wooded property with a self-contained suite over our garage. We are frequently visited by deer, rabbits & eagles. Lic.no. 001670.

Summer Breeze Terrace - Private Garden Suite

Beautiful fully contained legal garden suite located on outskirts of Langford. Parking available in our driveway, steps away from private entrance with keypad entry. Includes Netflix, WIFI, in-suite laundry and a fully stocked kitchen. If you love nature while having all the luxuries of shopping & amenities, this is the place for you. Dogs are allowed with a $20 charge per dog per night, sorry no other animals allowed. It is a family house & we do live above, you might hear toddler footsteps.

A pack and play is included for infant needs. One reserved parking spot.
