Cozy Cottage apartment is 4 blocks from downtown Eugene. Located @ 1025 Jefferson St., Eugene. Walking distance to multiple breweries, restaurants & the fairgrounds. Full kitchen and large fridge to store your beverages. Great deck to enjoy a glass of wine or microbrew. Also, a very comfy queen-sized bed, along with a full couch if you have an extra guest. If it’s a quiet place to stay for the night or a coming into town to an athletic event, this place is a restful place away from home!

Located behind our house and a block’s walk to over 13 miles of paved bike paths along the beautiful Willamette River, this charming, exquisitely remodeled country cottage, has a classy rustic vibe. Just a 5 min. walk to Toxic Burger, Countryside Pizza, Twin Dragon and a bicycle rental shop, 5 min. drive to a couple local breweries/eateries & just a short drive to downtown and UO. Private & quiet with A/C. An Airbnb favorite! :-) Note: Rates vary based on demand. Summer/winter rates differ.

Our guest ADU is a cozy, private studio (12' x 20'), with lots of natural light, 2 skylights, garden view, and attached patio/deck. Includes free Level-2 EV charger usage. Quiet, heated, a/c, lots of amenities, incl. wifi, cableTV, coffee, mini-fridge, & micro-wave. Close to Lane Event Center, and minutes away from Downtown and U of O Campus. Walking distance to neighborhood restaurants & grocery/shopping . Good space for couples, business/stop-over travelers and solo adventurers.

Country Art Studio with private outside area

You will love our art studio, it's a little off the beaten path but super quite, safe and you can see deer grazing in the pasture. The studio offers self check-in/out has it's own little yard. The studio is great for short or longterm stays, business travelers, families, and furry friends (dogs). 1000 sq. feet with natural light and high ceilings with two private rooms. Master bed has Bamboo sheets from Cozy Earth. We live in the house and are generally available to help with anything.

New Studio 1,100 sq. ft. Guest House with views

We are located in the South Hills of Eugene. Close to U of O with easy driving access to amenities. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Unwind in a peaceful, natural Oregon setting, we look forward to hosting you.

The Sunnyside Suite

Welcome to a vibrant home-away-from-home! This stylish studio blends comfort and charm with custom furniture, cozy details, and cheerful color pops throughout. You’ll love the thoughtful touches that make this space feel special. ✨Some folks have mentioned they find the noise from the main road can be a bit too loud for their liking. We do provide a sound machine if that helps you sleeping. ✨ there is one step to get into the front door and one step to enter the bathroom.

Hidden Garden Cottage

The space is a 1 bedroom cottage in our fully fenced back yard surrounded by gardens in the front and a chicken run in the back. It’s away from the street and pretty quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is small but has everything necessary for cooking meals. Fresh eggs, u-pick blueberries, strawberries and garden veggies are available when in season. I’ve included everything for yoga and a large assortment of board games and puzzles for kids.

Pool house with hot tub and extras (year round)

Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.

Beryl’s Bungalow ‘A Pet Friendly’ Beauty

Beryl’s Bungalow is a private Studio apartment adjacent to our shop across from our house. As guests you will enjoy Privacy, plenty of parking, beautiful views of mountains & creek. The bungalow is pet friendly:) We are 20-30 minutes from everything Springfield/Eugene. I am a University of Oregon Alum and former Duck Athlete. We Follow our Ducks faithfully and enjoy meeting fans of our opponents:)
