Ehemalige Kinderzimmer/Partykeller "kein 5 Sterne Hotel ",funktional und gut. Nichtraucher. Durchgang Küche nur 1,83 Ca1300 Meter bis Technik Museum/Schwimmbad, 1600 Meter bis Dom/Stadtmitte, viel Grün, der Rhein und Altrhein sind ganz in der Nähe . Ein Gast meinte ich soll den Rheinradweg noch erwähnen, der auch sehr schön ist. Ich habe eine abschließbare Garage mit Strom ,für Fahrräder und Motorräder. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gaststätten gibt es genügend. Nur bedingt für Allergiker geeignet.
