Studio Huis Roomolen is located at Roomolenstraat in the center of Amsterdam, a little street beween canals, yet; in the middle of things. Three large windows give a nice view over the Roomolenstraat. The size of the luxurious studio is 26m² including private kitchen, shower and toilet. Private roof terrace of 10m² at the backside enclosed by the neighbor buildings. The place is very warm and personal, perfectly suited for a single traveler or couple to retreat as well as to discover Amsterdam.

Op slechts 20 minuten van het vliegveld zijn aankomst en vertrek een soepele ervaring en het appartement bevindt zich op loopafstand van de bekendste musea van Amsterdam. Ons appartement is een nieuw (geopend op 1 september 2020) luxe en sfeervol gastenverblijf met een eigen entree, een terras aan de slaapkamer en een heerlijk bankje voor de deur. Het appartement is rustig gelegen op een mooie plek in Amsterdam-Noord, omgeven door groen en aan het water. Binnen 10 minuten ben je in het centrum. Het is dé plek om te genieten van alles dat Amsterdam te bieden heeft en om binnen een paar minuten op de (gratis) fietsen de mooie natuur van Waterland te verkennen.

The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

De Klaver garage is een privé verblijf in rustige straat in het centrum, met gratis parkeerplek voor de deur. Aan het noordhollandskanaal, op steenworp afstand van het oude centrum en winkelstraten, vele gezellige restaurants en bars, het stadspark om de hoek en treinstation en supermarkt zijn in de buurt. We can cater up to 4 persons in the apartment, which is part of our canal house, with a master bedroom (kingsize bed) and a sleeping sofa in the living room. We welcome guests that are looking for a unique stay in a historic canal house. We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.

Met veel enthousiasme hebben wij ons oude Herenhuis gerenoveerd en in oorspronkelijke staat hersteld. Op de bel-etage hebben wij een appartement gecreëerd dat wij nu verhuren. Het huis ligt in een levendige wijk op 5 minuten lopen naar het stadshart en op 4 minuten lopen naar het treinstation waarvandaan u in binnen 34 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal bent. Het appartement is recent en met veel aandacht gerenoveerd en van alle gemakken voorzien, geheel voor eigen gebruik met balkon.
