Teeny Tiny Cottage on Lake Eden Water Front

This cozy cottage with loft on water front, $65 dollars per nights, Two night minimum is required. We have week or month reservations. Depending on availability there is rental of (2) paddle boats (2) kayaks (1) two man canoe (1) Row Boat, and dock space rental for personal water craft. Travel to Burlington airport is one hour and Montreal airports is two hours. The cottage is centrally located between major ski areas, 30 minutes to Jay Peak Resort, Stowe Resort, and Smugglers Notch Resort.

Caribou Cottage Ski/Snowboard Studio

Take off your ski or snowboard boots and hang up your gear to dry in the convenient mudroom, then walk into the bright and airy studio where there is ample seating. You can dine in or go out, we do have a kitchenette that includes microwave, small fridge and mini toaster oven, we do not have a full size oven. In the evening retreat upstairs to a spacious sleeping area that overlooks the entire studio. We live full time on site in the main house, the garage/barn separates us from the cottage.

The carriage house apartment is right in the heart of the historic village of Hyde Park, Vermont. It is tucked away at the end of a little lane and offers guests complete privacy. Our Guest House is a cozy 400sf cabin close to it all. Comfortably furnished, there's a queen bed in a bedroom and a full bath. The kitchenette has a two-burner stove-top, small fridge with freezer, sink, microwave, Keurig and small appliances. The grill outside is adjacent to a small patio. We're right on the Lamoille Rail Trail, 2 miles to the Long Trail, 4 miles to Johnson, 8 miles to Smugglers' Notch. Close to great skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking and canoeing!
