D'Archiac Studio has a beautiful feel with views to the surrounding hills and mountains It is a very short walk to the village centre yet far enough away to be peaceful. The studio is downstairs in a residential home and has its own entrance and outdoor area with bbq. There is a small kitchenette with air fryer, cooktop and rice cooker. You are welcome to use the adjacent games room with pool table, table soccer, washing machine - these are shared with the owners who are upstairs.

The apartment is located in Central Timaru, being 5 minutes walk from the central business area and the Caroline Bay beach and facilities. Fully self contained, it suits a range of requirements from a single person staying overnight, to a family wanting a longer stay. Caroline Bay is home to a local small 'Little Blue Penguin' colony.
